The Bedrooms

The house offers three good size bedrooms that has been tastefully designed with each bed having a good quality and very comfortable mattress . The two main bedrooms are situated on the first floor.

Bedroom 1

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, a period style dressing table with oval mirror, bed lockers, and a comfortable chair.

Bedroom 2

The  second bedroom is quite a large bedroom and features a good size double bed, a large double wardrobe with mirror, a good size chest of drawers, bedside lockers and a comfortable chair.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is on the top floor and it is also a relatively large room. It features two single beds, with comfortable mattresses, a small chest of drawers and a wardrobe. This bedroom also has a small workstation to accommodate a laptop computer for those needing to do some work while away on holiday or on business.

Bedroom 4 

The house does have a fourth bedroom which we can (at a push) make available, although we don’t generally advertise it because we are limiting the amount of guests to 6 people maximum for insurance reasons, (plus we use it for ourselves when we stay in the house!).  However we have used this room previously in the case where there were four guests and each guest wanted a room of their own. 

Room Cleaning and Turnover

Cleaning & Turnover

We engage a third-party professional house cleaning service inc. room turnover service that includes the laundry of all bedsheets covers , pillowcases et cetera, prior to the new guests arriving at the premises. 

All beds use mattress protectors and pillow protectors.

Smoking/Vaping Policy 

VERY IMPORTANT: the entire house, including bedrooms is STRICTLY non-smoking and non-vaping. We also do not allow the use of candles or any naked flames, including including incense in the house. Smoking detectors are located in the house, including rooms and bathroom etc. 

Strictly No Pets allowed

Although we love animals personally, we cannot allow pet in the house, regardless of species or size. 
Besides the obvious for potential damage to the house, or smell.  the house is not suitable for pets in that it does not have a garden and it open onto a busy road.  We also have had some very bad experiences in the past with pets in a rented house. We are adamant that NO PETS of any kind are allowed into our house. 


It saves to book your stay directly with us.

While we use Air bnb and other third party sites to list our property, the service fees can significantly add to the final cost to the end customer. On occassion, it may be more cost-saving for the customer to contact us directly to book the property. It's best to contact us by phone (between 9am and 9pm!) to discuss.
